Crewdem,
How are you all doing? Good? Good. Slightly sun-kissed I see.
You've been doing some outdoor hanging out haven't you, you
scoundrel. Where have you been then? You are looking a little bit
tired though. Not unpleasantly tired - and certainly not gaunt. But
a touch sleepy. You do look awfully satisfied
though don't you? Hmm...maybe you're recovering from Glastonbury?
Or maybe just a few two many beers at the BBQ on Sunday afternoon?
Anyway, it's ok - you're allowed. The weather has been good.
So, two things on the menu today. First up we have a corker going
on tomorrow evening:
THE SELKIES 'WOODLOUSE' EP
LAUNCH, FRIDAY 30TH JUNE, ST MARY'S ART CENTRE, SANDWICH
|
|
|
The
Selkies are a spellbinding pair whose music soars, frankly, beyond
the station of their modest years. Their song writing shows a
breadth of imagination that transports the listener far away - to
places new and open and wide and dramatic. Their new vinyl EP was
recorded locally by Barney Pidgeon of Bison Bonasus (I know
right?). Check out the single 'Woodlouse' HERE.
Secondly - Smugglers
Festival 2017 is coming up very soon. Very soon.
Tickets are on sale HERE,
and for those of you who are interested, here is a a little preview
of who we've included in our 2017 line-up.

Amongst a
great many others of course...
|
|
So there
we go, more soon. And you be careful out there team. Make sure you
sleep plenty and apply the sun-cream liberally and come to The
Selkies EP launch tomorrow night.
Bless,
Arthur
