Firstly my apologies for the very late request for your menu choices for the FATD Christmas Dinner but I would be most grateful for a swift response, IDEALLY NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 8 DECEMBER BUT IF NOT, AS SOON AFTER AS YOU CAN! Please let me know whether you will or will not be coming and add your choice of courses from the menu below if you are coming. Please indicate clearly if you are having one or two courses and whether you are having TEA, COFFEE, DECAF COFFEE OR NO HOT DRINK
