We'll be spending the year looking back in fun and interesting ways, so stay tuned. We're looking forward, to connecting with our new and long-time fans and supporters, and also towards a bright and vibrant future for the label. Part of that involves introducing you to the next Smithsonian Folkways torchbearers!

Welcome Anna & Elizabeth to Smithsonian Folkways Recordings! On March 30th, the duo of Anna Roberts-Gevalt and Elizabeth LaPrelle will release The Invisible Comes to Us. Anna & Elizabeth have been pioneers in presenting old songs and stories to modern audiences in new ways, and with The Invisible Comes to Us, their musical evolution towards reaches its next step.
