A really excellent evening of song and fiddle from Tom McConville - with their usual unerring accuracy Faversham Folk Club booked Tom in time to catch him 2 days after winning BBC Folk Awards Musician of the Year.

With a varied evening of self-accompanied songs (Chris Wood once said to me "never under-estimate how difficult it is to sing and fiddle at the same time") - as well as jigs and reels, Tom McConville and David Newey wove a spell to enchant both seasoned regulars and new-comers to the club.
