They
are a Canterbury based three-piece band playing a mix of
original gypsy folk written by Meg. They draw on
influences from a spectrum of songwriters and musicians from
Tom Waits to Billie Holiday and The Canzone Napoletana music of
the 50's. Their sound is an energetic, lyrical cauldron pot of
gypsy spirit, old folk music and blues/jazz influence.

Luke
is a young roots singer/songwriter from Canterbury, Kent, who
in 2013 was nominated in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards for both
the Horizon Award for Best Emerging Talent and The Young Folk
Category. With a bold, distinctive voice and a sweet, percussive
guitar style, Luke is a confident and captivating live
performer. He'll be joined by his drummer, in what promises to
be an exciting duo set.

They
are a south coast based band who create energetic music with
fusions of ska, hip-hop, gypsy rock, Latino and funk
flavours.
This colourful nine-piece band stomp and yell, blowing and
hammering away at their trumpets, sax, trombones, guitars,
drums, cowbells and synths, wild grooves spilling forth from
fingers and fangs!

us for the weekly ?Sunday Service' at The Lighthouse. The doors
will open to serve Tyrone's famous Reggae Roast at 12pm, with
live music to commence from 4pm.

This week's service brings you ?
Wayward Jane
The band melds elements of
American Old-time and Bluegrass with British and Irish
traditional songs, with an originality and playfulness to their
arrangements that establish them as something unique and not so
easily defined. Their rich instrumentation comprises double
bass, fiddles, banjo, guitar, wooden flute and strong vocals
often working together in harmony.
We are pleased to announce the return of the Reggae Roast!
Delicious tastes of the Caribbean mixed with the traditional
English roast dinner, at an incredible price of ?7.50! Chef
Tyrone will be serving you from 12pm. Relax and eat while
enjoying some music at a volume that is proven to aid digestion
and stimulate taste buds.
